About Prime Talent
Prime Talent is a UK-based acting agency representing both adult and child performers across film, television, commercials, theatre, presenting, voiceover, and digital content.
Known for its inclusive and supportive approach, Prime Talent actively encourages applications from performers of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities. The agency is committed to making actors feel seen, heard, and supported — championing talent and building meaningful partnerships across the industry.
Founded and run by Rachel, an experienced casting professional with a strong background in both production and talent management, Prime Talent combines industry knowledge with a genuine passion for helping actors grow.
Rachel has worked in the film and TV industry for over six years. A graduate of Northumbria University with First Class Honours in Film & TV Production, she began her career on independent film sets and later worked on long-running British soaps. Her time on set gave her valuable insight into the actor’s journey — both in front of the camera and behind the scenes.
Before founding Prime, Rachel worked as Head of Casting at a leading agency, securing auditions for high-profile productions and working closely with emerging and established talent.
About the 1:1 Actor Panel Sessions
Each actor will have an 8 - 10 min individual session with Rachel to perform a prepared monologue (1–2 minutes). During this time, Rachel will provide personalized feedback, answer questions, and offer tailored guidance to help sharpen performances and boost audition readiness.
These supportive, confidential sessions allow actors to discuss their goals and receive expert insights.
After the workshop, written feedback will be sent via email for ongoing development.
Your head shot and CV or Spotlight/Mandy links is requested a few days prior.
You will be allocated a slot after booking.

Line Learning Commitment:
When you enroll, please commit to learning your lines. They don't need to be word-perfect, but having them off the page is respectful to your scene partner and allows you both to fully connect and make the most of the experience.
Scene Partner Consideration:
Participants will be paired up to work on scenes. If you cancel after the script distribution, it can be unfair to your scene partner, who is also investing time and effort. Please purchase a spot only if you can fully commit to the specified date.
No-shows:
Additionally, we kindly request that if, for any reason, you cannot make it to the workshop, please let us know in advance. In recent times, we've observed a growing trend of no-shows, which can be disruptive and unfair to your fellow participants. Your timely communication will help us maintain a respectful and considerate environment for everyone involved.
