About Ian
Ian Puleston-Davies is a luminary whose talents span the realms of acting, writing, producing, voice artistry, and directing. His illustrious career has graced both stage and screen, leaving an indelible mark on audiences worldwide.
You might recognize Ian from a plethora of celebrated productions, including standout roles in Tin Star (Channel 4 and Sky Atlantic), Viewpoint, Four Lives, Vera, Coronation Street, Marcella, Being Human, and Silent Witness, to name just a few.
In a testament to his creative prowess, Ian has seamlessly transitioned into the realms of directing and writing. His latest cinematic endeavor, the poignant and critically acclaimed film "Bolan's Shoes," starring the incomparable Timothy Spall, is currently captivating audiences in theaters.
Ian's literary and directing talent shines through in the award-winning drama "Dirty Filthy Love," a tour de force featuring the remarkable Michael Sheen.
On the directorial front, Ian also helmed the compelling television drama "Time Out," a standalone gem that forms part of the lauded series "Moving On." This series, produced by Colin McKeown's esteemed LA Productions and executive produced by the multi-award-winning writer Jimmy McGovern, stands as a testament to Ian's directorial finesse.

About the workshop
Exclusive In-the-Room Acting Workshop
🌟 Limited Participants:
A maximum of 12 participants per class. This ensures an intimate, focused, and immersive learning experience.
👥 Age Requirement: For participants aged 16 and above,
⏰ Class Options: You can choose between morning or afternoon classes. We have added an extra 15 mins to this class to make sure everyone gets quality time.
🎭 Scene Preparation: Before the workshop, you will receive a scene to work on, allowing you to delve into the material and come prepared to dive into the role.
🎬 Guided Performances: On the day of the workshop, you will be paired with another actor, and together, you'll perform the scene you've prepared. Ian Puleston Davies, an accomplished actor and director, will provide expert guidance and direction to enhance your performance.

Booking
• Workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations

Cancel Less than 14 days and the full amount is liable. If we can rebook your place we can refund your money.

Once the scripts are distributed, refunds for cancellations will not be issued. Please commit to the workshop date with this in mind.

If we need to cancel a full refund will be given to each participant
Line Learning Commitment:
When you enroll, please commit to learning your lines. They don't need to be word-perfect, but having them off the page is respectful to your scene partner and allows you both to fully connect and make the most of the experience.
Scene Partner Consideration:
Participants will be paired up to work on scenes. If you cancel after the script distribution, it can be unfair to your scene partner, who is also investing time and effort. Please purchase a spot only if you can fully commit to the specified date.
No-shows:
Additionally, we kindly request that if, for any reason, you cannot make it to the workshop, please let us know in advance. In recent times, we've observed a growing trend of no-shows, which can be disruptive and unfair to your fellow participants. Your timely communication will help us maintain a respectful and considerate environment for everyone involved.
